12 Steps to an Unhealthy Child

Finally! A comprehensive 12-Step to unhealthy children instead of those boring how to keep your child healthy articles!

  1. 1. Feed them formula instead of mother’s milk. That’s right, load them up on dairy from the beginning along with synthetic vitamins and hydrogenated oils and plastics. What a great way to start out life!

  2. Give them processed, packaged, and/or junk foods. Start it early with jarred baby foods and then graduate onto the really bad stuff by the time they reach toddlerhood. These foods usually contain unhealthy chemical additives, excess salt, trans-fatty oils, and refined sugar. You will be setting them up for a lifetime of weight and/or health issues!

  3. Never allow them to eat a whole foods diet that is rich in fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, pure water, and organically raised meat. No use in starting good habits!

  4. Make sure they eat lots of red meat, refined starches such as white flour, fried foods, salt, and sugar. Nothing could make them more sluggish and create more learning problems for them!

  5. Make sure they drink their milk. For best results, follow the food pyramid’s recommendation! This way they can be overweight; have lots of congestion; be more susceptible to colds and perhaps have a hardcore disease down the line!

  6. Limit their variety of foods. Do what everyone is doing these days– serve them mainly burgers, hot dogs, and chicken nuggets. Allow their only “veggie” to be french fries and maybe corn!

  7. Do not permit exercise. Let them sit or lie around all day. Maybe playing video games? This will cause sluggishness; loss of muscle tone and an increased fat to muscle ratio.

  8. Stress them out. Put them under lots of pressure. Take out your own stress on them. Do a lot of labeling, criticizing and punishing rather than disciplining. And by all means, force them into pseudo-independence by making them do things before they’re ready to do it on their own–like weaning from the breast or from co-sleeping. Stress destroys vital nutrients in the body and brain. This is the ultimate in creating mental disorders!

  9. Give them antibiotics and other prescriptions. This is certain to lower their immune system; damage their liver and kidneys and cause recurrent infection. Not to mention killing off acidophilus so that you can have the joys of yeast infections such as vaginal, athlete’s foot; thrush, etc which can lead to many other illnesses.

  10. Give them over-the-counter medications. They certainly won’t heal anything, which is a plus, but they also heavily tax their little liver and kidneys. Some of them, like aceteminophen, are a great way to cause cirrhosis of the liver, too!

  11. Don’t let them sleep according to their own body clock. Sleep is the time for the digestive system to relax and the body to heal and produce cells; rejuvenate the mind and body. Sleep is all-too conducive to good health. So DON’T DO IT!

  12. Vaccinate them! Nothing commits more of an assault on their fragile immune systems; causes more cases of “SIDS” or has more of risk of infecting the child with the very disease that the vaccine allegedly prevents than a good old-fashioned shot.
